@joegibson We've been in a snack tray phase lately. My kids are 14 months and 2.5 years old. I use a muffin tin, and fill each well with something. My tin has 12 wells. I generally try and do 2 veggie, 2-3 protein, 2-3 fats, 2-3 fruits, 2-3 carbs, and maybe a treat or two. It's been a great way to introduce new foods and use up leftovers.
Today we had a tray with cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, ham, walnuts, oranges, cheddar cheese, bamba, and cheerios.
