Is it okay that my 4.5 mo’s bed time is 6-6:30 pm?

@davidschmitt My daughter was the same way! I thought it was bad for me to put her down so early but she slept better at night when she went to bed early. Now she’s 18 months and still goes to bed at 6:30-7
