@gdawg I do the same. I mean, it is the potty. My friends have heard "I'm gonna go potty" over video games many times. Yes they give me a ton of poop for it, as they should.
@confusedfl22 The way I slice apples. I don’t like peeling the apple before slicing, and my kids have had different issues that had made eating apple skins difficult. Figured out a way to slice them to make peeling afterwards easier. This is how I always cut them for myself now, all the time. Plus it’s easier to spread delicious almond butter on them.
Also - they have learned that need you need a crunch with lunch, so that is a habit I have instilled in them.
@heartfire Same but without the peeling... got an apple slicer and got so used to using it to make 8 perfect apple slices for the kids that I no longer eat an apple with one hand like a regular adult anymore
@confusedfl22 Not exactly the same, but a food related issue nonetheless. I realized that whenever I make breakfast/lunch, I never give myself any of the fruit. I am subconsciously saving the fruit for the. My costco trips thank me though. I cannot keep any fruit in the house for more than 2 days it seems.
@confusedfl22 Kids used to complain that the water was too hot for washing hands when it was even slightly warm. So we wash their hands in cold water, and now I wash my hands in cold water too.
@confusedfl22 My son is 2, milk is being phased out mostly. I find myself pouring way too much milk for my coffee and once I put pediasure in my coffee. One time I went to pour him a cup of milk and it was coffee creamer. Yesterday I poured myself a cup of milk instead of him.
So much time spent making bottles for this kid but now pretty much done.
