I look like I’m pregnant after 4ish months of bc and a month of changed bc w higher estrogen dose

I started taking the two hormone bc again even though I’m not super sexually active, I thought it would help my acne. However, I’ve gained like three pounds and my lower part of my stomach is extremely protruded in a way I don’t think three pounds would cause. Took two pregnancy tests both negative- I don’t think it’s that. Thinking about quitting it cold turkey and dealing w the acne.
