@atreides82 The dog needs to be rehomed immediately. I know it sucks because our dog was our first baby. She became wildly aggressive, and there were no more meds to try, thousands of dollars in training didn’t help, and we were walking her every day for an hour and doing mental games. It wasn’t enough. The vet determined she wasn’t a rehome candidate and we had to do a behavioral euthanasia. So I get it. But the dog needs to be gone for the safety of everyone involved.
I would skip the cruise. A cruise isn’t a reason to push potty training before they’re ready, and you don’t need anything else on your plate. I don’t anticipate your mom suddenly being kind and helpful, so save yourselves the headache and don’t go.
How important is it to continue nursing? You can get tons of help on the breastfeeding sub, but you can also stop and switch to formula for 3 months until you move to cow’s milk.
