@shows I put my 2 year old down between 8-9pm (later if we’ve been hanging at my parents’ house or something) and he wakes up between 8-9am.
It took a while to get rid of night nursing before age 1, but man it is worth it now! All the sleep training people that insist on a pre-7pm bed time or you’ll ruin your kid.... my husband works until 7! I once had someone tell me “what’s more important, your son seeing his dad or healthy brain development for life” or something. Like, way to guilt me!!
I think a family has to find what works for them. And if a baby can sleep that late (allowing for work/school/daycare wake ups) and they’re happy, healthy, and cared for.... who is to say that’s wrong?
