@lauriesinglemom From what I've read, the vaccine minimizes the duration of symptoms and severity, so potentially it may not prevent her from getting it either way. She should get it, of course, but it might be no difference in care? Someone cite me something if I'm thinking about this incorrectly.
@lauriesinglemom I would just come right out and ask her in a straightforward way: “are you willing to get your Covid shot ? We want to make sure we are doing all we can to protect the twins” and if she says no, personally I would look for another nanny and then let her go once I find one.
