Nurse suggested diluting formula as measure against constipation in 7-week old - is this as bad of an idea as I think?

I took my bub to see a (registered and highly qualified) phisiotherapist for craenial osteopatic treatment. It made a HUGE difference as the point of treatment is to release tension. It is very gentle, and he loved it

@holy_venom95 It's not a bad idea. I'm doing that currently. My baby Is 11 months and we are lowering the consumption of formula to just 1 scoop for any bottle.

@mooky0909 At 11 months, everyone would agree that letting a baby drink water is perfectly fine. The general recommendation is no water until baby eats solids. You can't really compare an 11 month old and a 7 week old in this scenario. (Not saying the nurse is right or wrong, just pointing out the difference between a 7 week old and an older baby here.)
