@richam We've been saying pegacorn forever. My daughter does watch my little pony so I guess we could have known, but it's not like we actually pay attention lol
@concernedcatholic Mine's doing it at 4. And it's delivered either with frustration or in this super patronizing way she has absolutely nailed down, like o you simple creature.
@concernedcatholic Thanks to this post I learned about alicorns. My 4 yr old daughter watches My Little Ponies, but LUCKILY she does not know of "alicorns" yet (the fact that English is not her first language may have helped).
@concernedcatholic The other day, my 5 year old pointed at a Frankenstein cartoon and said, 'Is that Frankenstein?' And I said, yeah. And he replied, 'I thought that was Frankenstein's monster.'
@concernedcatholic My 6yo daughter will introduce/interject almost any topic with, "By the way...blahblahblah" We have no idea where she picked it up, but she uses it CONSTANTLY.
@concernedcatholic I have Maud Pie tattooed on my bicep. My toddler will never be able to “well, actually…” me on MLP. It’s only a matter of time until they one-up me though.
I can’t wait to use Futurama against them: “You are technically correct; the best kind of correct”.
