@jomarie I do try to nurse (as I said in my comment above) and, believe it or not, she sometimes doesn't want it and is still crying! She is my second and I absolutely remember fussy periods like this with my first as well. And I'm not "letting her cry". I'm rocking, singing, changing, offering a pacifier, changing her position, swaddling, etc.

Yea for sure, my baby spent maybe 1/5 of her day NOT on my boob for the first 6-8 weeks ish? They actually ARE that hungry and if you're breastfeeding it's only establishing your supply better, especially at 3 weeks!
