2nd or 3rd kid

I had a baby almost 3 months ago at age 38, my plan was 35 but nature didn't let it work out that way. I had an unplanned C section. Now that I have my baby I want to have 1-2 more. My questions is has anyone had multiple babies at this age via c section? Was it harder each time? My OB also said I have to wait two years in between pregnancies so that will make me even older. Just wondering if anyone in this group has had the experience I am looking at and would share their story.

@sheviree Also curious about this! I'm 39 only 6 weeks. I'm not sure if I have to have a c section but I'm pretty sure I do cuz I had fibroid surgery. I definitely want my child to have a sibling. I didn't rememebr there was a 2 year wait until i read your post. That would put me at 41 to begin to have my second child and probably another c section. I didn't even think out that smh.

@sheviree Not necessarily. Especially if you want additional children, a VBAC is actually a safer choice for many moms. If you are not getting enough advice to understand your options, you may want to do some independent research on VBACs and risk.
