@cherieak I see. To answer your original question, there is no chance she is pregnant. You did not have PiV sex (penis-in-vagina intercourse), and rubbing against each other especially if fully clothed would completely put pregnancy out of the question.
Additionally, your friend was wearing a pad, and I assume that she was wearing one because she knew her period was coming soon. By that logic, the blood she saw would be premenstrual spotting.
