@baratom I was down to run a marathon at week 12 and my goal time was an hour slower than usual. I managed up to 20 miles on long runs, but got bronchitis 10 days before the race and didn't want to risk pneumonia. On the other hand I got overtaken by a pregnant runner at mile 20 on my last marathon. I think I only got slower in T2 as whenever I went as fast as I felt capable of I ended up with bad SPD the next day.
