My left shoulder is higher because my left thoracic scoliosis and I would like to know if there is a doctor or PT to advice how should I fo the hip carry. Logical thing to do would be to wear the wrap on the left side to lower. I would like to know a professional opinion. Thank you!
P.S. : My baby is 9 m.o, 10 kg and I has 75 cm.

@louy51 Has your curve been stable a long time? Talk with your dr, but it’s likely your body will tell you if you need to adjust. I have significant lumbar (30s) and thoracic (15-20ish) curves, as well as a Cobb angle, and I just do my best to maintain a supported posture so that I don’t cause soreness. My curves haven’t changed in 20 years at this point (I’m late 30s now) so I’m not worried about whether they will progress, only about avoiding overtaxing my back.
