HB at 10W - high?

I had a 10W reassurance US yesterday (MMC in January that I found out about at 10W, so my OB has been great about extra check-ins this pregnancy).

HB was 189, which seems high. Baby was GROOVING in there, though--the tech said it was bouncing around like crazy, and didn't seem at all concerned about the HB. She said it starts to slow down after the peak around this time.

I'll add a) I was incredibly anxious given my history, b) I had just had coffee, c) I had a small muffin about 30 mins before.

Any similar stories out there? Pregnancy after loss is so hard.

@johnnybegood55 Mine was 189 too! They do mirror ours and I’m sure it was also high since I was anxious. They were also kicking and dancing too.

@johnnybegood55 We had a 180 at that time and he was not moving, apparently normal ! It peak around 9/10
