Exercise in Pregnancy PhD project

Did you track your exercise during a previous pregnancy using an app or wearable device (Apple Watch, Fitbit etc.) OR are you currently less than 26 weeks' pregnant?

You could help researchers understand how people exercise while pregnant, and how this might affect health outcomes.

@junabean How long will you be collecting data? I saw your comments on other posts indicating that those of us in the third trimester may be able to contribute to the “previously pregnant” category. I have been exercising regularly, but I’m currently 29 weeks, so won’t be giving birth until late November if all things go to plan.
