I’m overwhelmed by all the love and support I’m getting here! I’m on day 3 post-OP and I’m feeling a bit better physically (though still experiencing some shoulder pain and abdominal discomfort), making sure to keep my stitches clean and trying to move around more and more. My therapist cancelled this morning due to the flu, so I’ll journal and try to get these emotions on paper, but I really want to express how helpful this community is. Thank you all so much!
@wavecure I was you June of last year. I advocated for myself as well. Finally someone took my pain seriously and tested my urine at the ER. I was pregnant with an IUD, then I had the emergency surgery to remove my right tube. You’re alive. It’s rough but you’re here.
