@cuteness20 I got sore the other day from cleaning the house, lmao. I’m 19+2 weeks pregnant and was also fit before pregnancy (I’ve had to slow down during since I’ve been so exhausted). Growing and housing another human is super hard work!
 
@cuteness20 YES!!! Me at 18 weeks and I workout maybe twice a week now, and my heart rate jumps up to like 150’s every time haha. my lower back hurts almost every day too 😩 what’s helped a little are pregnancy pillows and extra long warm-ups!
