Update to the ‘sit up’ post !

Once again this community helps each other, two important notes
  1. Pregnant ladies if you are lurking, it’s best not to do sit ups / crunches, certainly not beyond the first trimester.
  2. There are more efficient workouts to strengthen your core than sit ups, the NHS website in the U.K. has a great simple guide, I hope the website works outside the U.K. NHS U.K. Core strength
