Thoughts on 0.5/35 vs 1/35 pill dose?

I've been on Nortrel/Necon/Wera 0.5/35 pill for maaany years. About a year ago I switched to using it continuously (skipping the fake pills) but I still get lots of breakthrough bleeding on it but at least it lets me skip periods and my horrible menstrual migraines. I just had my prescription transferred (after some supply chain issues) and they transferred Nortrel 1/35 instead. I'm thinking of trying it because maybe the additional progesterone will help with the breakthrough bleeding but I'm not sure. Would love to hear any thoughts or any experiences with different progesterone levels!
