I’m looking for some insights into my sperm analysis results. I started taking Clomid on 12/17/2023 to address fertility issues, possibly related to my past exogenous testosterone use. After nearly 4 months on Clomid (110 days by the time of the second analysis), here are my comparative results:
12/7/2023 Report:
- Volume: 0.9 mL
- Concentration: 1.9 million/mL
- Total Count: 2 million per ejaculate
- Total Motility: 46%
4/4/2024 Report:
- Volume: 2.4 mL
- Concentration: 6.4 million/mL
- Total Count: 15 million per ejaculate
- Total Motility: 32%
I understand from these numbers that my concentration, morphology, and motility are below the recommended levels. Given that I've been on Clomid for a substantial period, I was hoping for some improvement in these areas.
For those of you who have gone through similar paths or have insights into reading these results, what do you make of these numbers? And what strategies or changes have you found effective in improving sperm morphology and motility?
