@ryantheirish I had to leave my premie only for about 10 days and luckily I was 15 minutes from the hospital. I went about 3x daily and it did kill me when I was too tired to go and only went 2x daily. It was really hard on me and I ended up with severe ptsd and PPA. My hospital did have a room in the NICU where you could stay at (with a bed and shower inside) so I would suggest taking advantage of that if you live far from the hospital, I wish you the best of luck.
