@blessed2berosie You look amazing! And congratulations I delivered via C-section almost 3 weeks ago. I had a very similar experience! I gained on the high end of my recommended range and lost about 3/4 of the pregnancy weight within the first 2 weeks (particularly after the c-section bloat subsided). I think this sub helped a lot with fitness, motivation, and feeling my best after I delivered. I’m definitely not as toned as OP, but still feeling really great. Best of luck to everyone else on this crazy journey!
@blessed2berosie I’ve been eating a lot of junk and I’m barley 9 weeks. I already want to go to the gym so I don’t have to suffer with so much weight gain.
@annem2017 I touch on both sides of my hipbones to feel the muscles (maybe an inch inside each). If you’re tensing the right ones, you can feel them flex!
@blessed2berosie As someone who hasn't gone through pregnancy and would like to at some point, it's nice to read stories like yours. Thank you for sharing!
@blessed2berosie 31yo FTM at 30 weeks with dysmorphia - you truly gave me hope! Like you, I exercised 6x/week while I could and ate healthy (as much as baby allows) now I’m running to schedule an appt with a pelvic floor PT! Congrats and you look wonderful!
