My name is Loredana Cahill and I am an Industrial-Organizational Psychology student from the CUNY School of Professional Studies MA in Psychology Program. I am conducting a research project about mothers’ expectations and experiences when attempting to return to work after leaving work to care for children. To participate in this anonymous survey, you must be a mother of children below the age of 18 that voluntarily left the workforce to care for your children. You must be actively looking for a job. Participation is voluntary.
