@hocyre89 Ask your nurse and midwife for constipation meds- they could prescribe you the pills, that sugary drink or/and even the powder form for when you’re in hospital and at home. Paracetamol and constipation meds were the way to go phew !! Someone on YouTube recommended the stool softener on her vlog and couldn’t thank her enough for the tip!! 💗
