@kayc My employers son is Emmett Bailey. I’ve thought about using Bailey myself for a kiddo it’s my grandparents last name. I would say boy especially with Clay. It would be a toss up though if I just heard the first name because I’ve known both boys and girls with the name.

@kayc Meredith Grey’s (Grey’s Anatomy) son is named Bailey after Dr. Miranda Bailey! So not inherently a girl name. With the middle name, altogether sounds/reads like a boy name.
