Will it ever happen?

Hi all, so some background .... F(35) TTC number 2 for around 2 years now. I have 1 daughter conceived naturally and born Nov 2020 via C section.
Blood tests revealed I've low amh at 0.7 and FSH at 7 (I think). Seman is fine also and within ranges.

Had 1st MC in July 2023, 2nd MC in April 2024 after IVF. Both were between 5-6 weeks.

I am ovulating, confirmed by ovulation sticks and scans. I've timed intercourse right every month.
Why have I only got 1 positive test in the whole time (excluding IVF cycle)???

I've a regular cycle, no painful periods, no spotting mid cycle, no gut issues, I'm a healthy active woman who eats well.

Is it just my egg quality is poor as I'm at the end of my reserve?? Please any advice would be appreciated...

@ennafer I’m sorry, I’m also in the secondary infertility club. If you haven’t already, I would request a hysteroscopy from your provider. The c-section and/or MC can cause scar tissue in the uterus that prevents pregnancy. My scar tissue was not visible on HSG or SIS but very prominent in the hysteroscopy, allowing it to be removed.

@dpasek Yes I listened to that audiobook a couple of years ago. I've implemented and still am implementing the guidelines....

@ennafer I hope that you can get answers and more root cause. Have they checked DHEA?
