@talk Lol no, not NYC. We live in a much lower COL area. Our mortgage for our large home is $1200/month. I don’t know if you can even get a studio with that in NYC.

@sociology I say go for it. Your first 3 are close in age and your youngest has a bigger gap, so it would be nice to have two younger ones close in age who could play together, enjoy similar activities, be in a similar life stage throughout their school years, etc. The more, the merrier!
