@goodlistener Gently I think you’re missing the point. Your focus is on how you can bribe or punish her into doing the work but what she needs is better support. Ask her what’s going on. I’m sure it’ll take several conversations and figure out with how you can better support her. Come up with a routine to check her work together that works for both of you.
