Prenatal Gummy Suggestions?

Hello! I’m one month in trying for a baby, my doctor and my fiancés doctor told me get on prenatal vitamins right away. One big problem is that I have a terrible time trying to swallow pills especially huge ones. I would rather take gummies and take smaller pills if I’m missing something. I made a list, though I heard it’s not as important to take the right amount until you’re actually pregnant. The parentheses are what I found online that is recommend and I would like your opinion on what’s best or any other brand that you think is better! (also I’ve always been low on vitamin D so I might need more than is recommended for that.

@woodlittle I agree that any of these are fine and no need to stress too hard about some of the missing vitamins you outlined. I’ve seen a lot of people like Smartypants for gummies. If you know your vitamin D is low, I’d probably supplement that as well. You could get the vitamin D drops to avoid a pill form there.
 
@woodlittle One note on the gummies, is they aren’t aloud to have iron in them. Probably be fine for now, but keep that in mind as you head forward. May want to up your iron intake when you conceive.

I see the last one on your list had iron. My info may be bad then. Was under the impression gummies weren’t aloud to have iron.
 
@msrathore They're certainly allowed to have iron (there are basically no rules around supplements), but it's not as easy to put iron in a gummy as it is a pill or tablet. That's why most gummies don't contain iron.
 
@woodlittle I took the vita fusion ones before ttc - I did so after getting low vitamin D back on a physical. Next blood work my levels had gone way up so I trust it has what it says it does in it.
 
@woodlittle I would take a regular vitamin gummy and then a smaller folate pill. The prenatal gummies are so gross to me. I think it’s the fish oil, but they make me gag, which wouldn’t be good in early pregnancy.
