It was by far my slowest 5k as I normally run about a 27. This 5k took me 36 minutes and I felt no shame when I walked a few times. Baby boy was great and kicked a ton after I finished!

@kitsoni Not my first but my first pregnant. I told myself I would go slow, no time consideration, and I actually was feeling so good I did really well! I should go in with that mentality all the time now! I thought I would feel some aches and more fatigued, but my pace was solid without pushing it too hard like I would normally do. Now, I'mma go eat a big ass bagel.
@kitsoni Congrats!! I’m 20 weeks and although running doesn’t hurt it feels weird and I swear I can feel him bouncing around in there. I miss running though.
