Husband's SA seems disappointing. Any advice?

Apologies for using a throwaway account. My husband (33M) got back his SA results yesterday. We have tried to Google every number on the report and read through the stickied thread on r/maleinfertility from @glenn62 and we're slightly more confused about how bad these numbers are.

We are planning to schedule a visit with our Dr next week but we'd like to hear some thoughts on things that can be improved via medication/supplements and if there is something that is so bad that we need to be prepared for?

@johndoo I'm not a professional, but I don't know if these documents would help at all (sure you've already gone over everything with a fine tooth comb):

Just looking at how your husband's figures compare to known reference guides, although some do dip slightly below the 'normal', I can't see anything else that stands out...?

Hopefully there'll be someone along soon with experience in this area to give you something more specific.
