Help with sleep training

We used this and cry it out at 3 months old. Lots of people will not agree with this but I would say it’s the most effective. But starting at 6 months it might take longer to unlearn their habits. We did it together and I can’t remember the reason we had them in separate rooms but I’ve read a few articles books to put them together. Don’t think there’s an answer on this point

@markz Definitely beating myself up for not training earlier lol thank you for your input, I’m open to anything that works.

@strugglingsinner1 I disagree with the opinion below. There are books that would say otherwise about timing and trust me my kids still know how to cry!

@strugglingsinner1 Don’t beat yourself up, it’s actually bad to sleep train before 4 months as it can stunt brain development as at 3 months baby’s will only cry if somethings wrong by sleep training at 3 months with cry it out your teaching your baby you don’t care and that there’s no point crying, they don’t yet have a proper understanding of how to cry for different things

I had to err on the side of shorter wake windows for a bit with mine.
