Help; baby brezza

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone can help out .

So my baby brezza just stopped heating up water so I have a new unit on the way under warranty…

My daughters just going onto stage 3 formula until her next doctors appointment just to make sure the doctor is comfortable with her being transferred to milk now …

I found on there website that for the formula I use the wheel setting for formula should be 9 ?

Then I also found in another part of their site that it’s n/c ….. but they state their machine is good for “ all formulas ? “

Formula: nestle stage 3 toddler milk or vanilla .

Anyone have any advice or can help?

@shticks This is the website I used to figure out my settings, is it the same you used? I assume that it's accurate since it's directly through Baby Brezza.

@christianbooks So I just typed in the Canadian website and did the same steps as the American one now it’s showing me the same chart saying n/c again …. I wonder if the other ones out dated ?

Maybe I’ll have to call them

@christianbooks Right … like both are from the website so if one’s outdated it should of been removed …

Maybe because it’s American ?

@christianbooks Yeah that’s the one I used but then i guess I had another link to their site maybe it was an older version or something but it said setting 9 , I’m not sure if this is why the water stopped heating or what but … I mean I can switch brands I just don’t want the new one to break as warranty is done in April .

@christianbooks I tried setting 9 like the one link had said under the impression “ works with any formula “ like it says on their site but not even through a whole tin the machine stopped heating up , I feel it’s unlikely it’s the formula but just want to be safe .
