Hey all- I’ve just made some no sugar ‘muffins’ that worked out 125 calories each and 9g protein and thought I’d share the recipe.
60g sf flour
60g protein powder (I used Muscle moose whey)
130ml milk
45g cacao nibs
10g cocoa powder
75g whole earth peanut butter
2 small bananas mashed or 1 big
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
Put into 12 x cupcake tin
Bake for 180c for 15-20 mins
The cacao gives them a bit more texture but they’re good to take the sweet craving edge off. I used 1 scoop of honeycomb protein powder and 1 scoop of chocolate but customise to your own taste!
