8 m/o vomiting after daycare

My baby boy has been sick since his first 3 days at daycare last week. He has been vomiting once a day since Friday, didn’t last night. (although Friday was twice a day). No fever, has seemed happy, tonight he vomited again so I checked his temp. 100.8. Gave him Tylenol, he gagged, vomited again. I am a FTM so I’m freaked out. Any tips?

@derek123 My baby got sick after a week of daycare as well. She was almost 3 months old and got Rotavirus from day care. We found that out after 4 days of vomiting and diarrhea. If diarrhea comes it could be that, but it probably isn’t if they are vaccinated. Only tip is to make sure they stay hydrated with fluids. At first, the urgent care doctor told me to give them pedialyte and alternate with formula but main doctor said only use formula so not sure how much that helps.
