29 weeks is definitely a medically viable age but I have no experience with this.
Maybe head over to r/nicuparents - I’ve heard amazing things about the community and I’m sure there’ll be other parents in similar situations to you guys.

I was born at 30 weeks with a brain hemorrhage. Scored a “2” on my one minute APGAR, and spent over a month in the nicu wired up to alarms that would get me to breath whenever I stopped. I am certain my parents were terrified the entire time.
Now I am 33 with no medical issues or other complications, have a great job and my wife is due is Nov. Don’t give up hope!
