    6 weeks old, and I’m ready to crumple

    @griffin71 6 weeks was tough on us too! I believe there’s a growth spurt around that time for most babies so we were cluster feeding around the clock. 😭 It was definitely tough!

    Anticipating the nauseous stage

    @tangdalun I wasn’t nauseous at all during my first pregnancy, but was nauseous/vomiting for basically the first 15 weeks of my current (second) pregnancy. I tried to be consistent with movement and would manage walking my dogs, but I gave myself grace since I was feeling so terrible.

    After baby workouts

    @tarina I would recommend prepping everything for daycare the night before — bottles, clothes, etc. and working out during naps or before she wakes up for the day.
