    Unmedicated birth advice

    @catholic2001 I used nitrous oxide from 7-9cm. Then pushed for 2 hours, holy hell. 😂 I would just hope things progress faster for you this time! I can’t think of what I would do differently for myself on the next go around. I know I can handle the pain and just hope things move faster!

    @monkeyroo You should be safe. The only thing that sucks is if you get SPD or pelvic floor pain. That will keep you from wanting to run.

    How much are you playing with your baby?

    @coachlittlez23 I have a 3 month old. He is most chill in the mornings so I usually lay him in the piano gym. He will chill there for 15-20min before getting bored. Then I move him to his chair and put something in his hands to hold or chew on- literally even a burp cloth will keep him occupied...

    @felicitys Apples or banana with peanut butter, peanut butter toast, avocado toast, & egg muffins/cups. Think fats and proteins to keep you full. Oh yeah, veggies with hummus. Or crackers work too

    Sex after birth

    @deamy I had sex 7w PP and I had a 2nd degree tear. Penetration didn’t hurt but there was some discomfort around my scar. It wasn’t a pleasurable experience because I was in my head. I was mostly afraid of the pain. We used lots of lube. Plan to try again sometime soon.

    Newborn sleeping 5 1/2 hours and counting…

    @jack98204 Enjoy it! May baby’s sleep stretches peaked around 6-7 weeks. He is 3.5months now and I’d do anything for a long stretch.

    @anth987 Check out Megsquats on instagram. She has 2 exercise apps and one is for pregnancy and might have post partum. Either way, she is a weight lifting mommy who is great to follow!

    @thytotodile Have you gone to pelvic floor PT? I’d recommend doing that ASAP.

    Doc Says Don’t Go Over 140?

    @pazzz Same. I try to stay under 160, if I go over it’s only for a few mins. No biggie.
