    Did y’all take breaks during pregnancy?

    @hescomingsoon Absolutely. By the end of my pregnancy I was mostly just walking the dog (was doing 5x week 1hr workouts before). Building a human is hard work, let your body rest if it needs it!

    One side or both sides per feeding?

    @keke1223 We started doing both sides every time, and then around 3-4 months she decided that she was only gonna do one side per. It's kinda nice! Much faster lol

    @lsltylrs01 It took about two weeks for it to start hurting less, and probably another week or two before it didn't hurt at all. Keep an eye on your nipples for any breaks in the skin.     Struggling with not working out in early pregnancy

    @hibernos Sometimes your body needs rest more than it needs exercise. You didn't gain all your progress in 6 months, you're not going to lose it in 6 months either. Take it easy, recover, and do what you can when you can. Don't make it worse by pushing when your body is telling you to back off...

    @felicitys My doctor recommended more protein and dairy so I've been doing protein balls, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, apples with pb... And an absurd amount of grapes 😂
