    Anyone else hate working?

@liz555 In an ideal world I’d work part time. Sadly that’s not a reality in my industry, or most, in the US

    Sluggish and easily winded

@justindesiree The first trimester is hard. Definitely harder than the rest of pregnancy. The energy will come back but right now you’re growing a whole new person. Focus on walking, easy stretches, and eating well.

    Are Pampers Pure really clean?

@ashtonbriscoef2w We tried everything and pure worked well for us (my tall and skinny boy). It’s better than regular pampers.. is it the best? No. But it’s in the budget and holds the mess.

How do I break feeding to sleep association?

@mightymatt He is in daycare so it really taught him to sleep in any environment. I know daycare can get a bad rap, but it’s been helpful for that

How do I break feeding to sleep association?

@mightymatt Absolutely! I’ll start with weaning.. he was down to 2 feeds at this point from the breast (everything else was from a bottle, we transitioned to a straw cup at 11.5 months). Up until about 2 weeks before his 1st bday he was still waking up 5am hungry so we nursed our morning feed...

    Sex after birth

@deamy Are you nursing? Sex was impossible for me until I started to nurse less, even though I was cleared by a pelvic floor PT. They can’t see what’s going on (or not going on) with your hormones. Sex got okay around 9-10 months, with a lot of lube. My sex drive didn’t fully return until I...

How do I break feeding to sleep association?

@allfree15 Sleep training is a money grabbing industry. Other countries don’t place so much emphasis on sleep training. It ties back to our terrible maternity leave (can’t work if you’re tired!). My 12 month old was nursed to bed every night until I weaned on his birthday. He now falls asleep on...

Talk to me about babies measuring big (5.5lbs at 32 weeks), monitoring and avoiding induction!

@butterscoth At my 32 week growth scan I was told if I went to 40 weeks, I could have a 9-10 lb baby based on measurements. I went to 41 weeks 1 day with an 8lb 1oz babe.

    How do y’all do it??

@stephenk You need to lower your expectations. When you get to the end, doing 5-10 mins on the elliptical at the slowest speed of your life is going to feel like a marathon. Any movement, even stretching on the floor, you should be proud of!

FDA Issues Warning Letters to Three Infant Formula Manufacturers

@fetorahjesuslibertarian I had a baby right at the end of the shortage. It scared me enough into beating myself up to breastfeed for a full year, even though at times it slowly beat me up. I don’t trust these companies at all. This happens far too often.
