Hello! I have three boys. Leo (turning 6) Niko (turning 2) and Luka (turning 1) and a new baby arriving in August. (Yes, I know. Absolutely nuts) Sooooo looking for suggestions for either boy or girl as the sex is up in the air at the moment.

My last name begins with an S. If a girl, I would like the name Ana in there somewhere. I.e. Liliana or Liana…. Which are two contenders so far.

@karstark I have 3 boys under 4 (and I’m sure I’ll end up with boy with my fourth) so saving this for inspo! I also LOVE your kiddos names. My husband wouldn’t let me do Luca bc we aren’t Italian but that’s so silly. So sweet
 
@karstark For girls, I like Liliana (could do Lili or Ana as nicknames), Gianna, Annamaria (could spell as 2 names) for girls

Your boy names feel a bit Mediterranean to me, so I'd try sticking w that--Matteo, Enzo, Vincenzo (Vince), Antonio (Tony), etc.
 
@karstark I don't think I have any names better than what has already been suggested but curious to hear what you choose! I also have a Niko (family name) and it took us SO long to settle on that one I have no idea how people choose names for another (or three).
 
@karstark eliana! juliana, maybe bianca? also for a boy, short names ending in a vowel is nice, like levi, percy, ari, eli/elio, arlo, otto, enzo, ezra, jonah.
