Measuring 1 week behind

Hello. finally pregnant after 2 miscarriages. I got my positive test at 3 weeks and 3 days. I am supposed to be 7 weeks today. I went in for my first appointment, and I am measuring 6 weeks exactly. There is a heartbeat. I am so confused how I can be only 6 weeks along? I tracked ovulation. I found at at 3 weeks and 3 days. My doctor doesn’t seem concerned, but I am so confused. Anyone else measure 1 week behind? What was the outcome?

@alexandra87 I can’t say I’ve been in your shoes but recently I was told results from an ultrasound aren’t necessarily definitive which means they aren’t 100% accurate. Stay positive!

@alexandra87 This happened to me… I’m 14 weeks now and my baby boy has been fine so far. My Ob just thinks I ovulated late.
