Looking for bra/nursing tank top recommendations for tig ole bitties

So, I started with 34DDD before pregnancy. Went up to a 36Gish during pregnancy. My son is now 4wks old and they are anime-sized right now. Still around a 36, but I don’t think I could even hazard a guess at cup size.

and am still busting out of it. The band size works ok (it’s a little loose, but comfy). I’d like to find some more bras that aren’t too expensive, as I know my cup size will fluctuate. I’m also looking for supportive nursing tank tops that won’t constrict the mammaries. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Also, it hasn’t been an easy road so far and perusing this sub has given me hope and some great tips. So, a general thanks to you all.

@asimplechristian I’m a 38K I think now. At about 10 postpartum I went it a special bra shop and they fit me into a 2x Bravado nursing bralette. I also buy the 2x nursing camis from Walmart because no where else carries plus size nursing wear in store.

• Parfait Rain (band runs stiff/tight)
• Panache Naomi (cups run small)

They are all good but expensive. I intend to nurse for a year so it was worth it for me. I couldn’t do just tanks they weren’t supportive enough and I don’t like the feeling of having my boobs squished together like in a shelf style bra so I needed something with sized cups.

@asimplechristian I’m the same size and I’ve been obsessed with the new nursing bras from Fabletics! They’re like sports bra material and super comfy I buy the largest size and they fit well. I also got these tank tops from Amazon. They’re also comfy and I can get away with not wearing a bra under them

@asimplechristian I’m in the UK so I’m not sure if this will be any help, but I have similar sounding boobs & baby situation & found 3 nursing bras which are ok:

First one is similar looking to the link you sent, from Lindex, which I use to sleep in as it’s not massively supportive but is very comfortable.

Secondly, I got a tank top style one from Bravado. It’s not amazing but gives enough support for wearing out & about without feeling like I’ll knock myself out. From what I remember they had a decent range for woman in larger bodies or with big boobs.

Thirdly, I have a relatively supportive normal (not tank top) bra, from Royce. Think it was the Charlotte design. Again it’s not amazing but it’s the best nursing bra for big boobs I could find.

These were the best of a bad bunch, all the others were bizarrely small, or only went up to E cup but Bravado & Royce both seemed to have a good range for those of us with massive mammaries. Good luck, hope you find something!

@asimplechristian I just use a sports bra in the next size up (or my really old stretched out ones). I really hated the way nursing bras felt and I got tired of wasting $40+ each time I tried one.
