Latin names with a Z

I need some name ideas that contain the letter z. I’m Mexican and my husband is Polish/Italian so we’d like the name to have a connection to those ethnicities (or at least one) We really like the letter z and we also hope to pick a name that sounds good in English and in Spanish.
