I’m 6 months post postpartum and getting sick whenever I try to workout

I’m 6 months post postpartum I tried to start working out and when I do any cardio I get nauseous and shaky it turns into a migraine. Has anyone had anything like this ? I’ve tried short workouts to make sure I’m not over exerting myself. I drink water, I’ve been doing tons of walking. Should be feeling good! Was fine before my pregnancy! 😞😞😞
 
@allysonstar1 Are you taking in enough salt? There is so much emphasis on drinking water but you really need to increase your salt intake as well. ESPECIALLY if you're sweating. My favorite salts are from LMNT. You just ad a packet to your water bottle. They taste great and it might help.
 
@allysonstar1 Yesss!!!! Iron deficiency at its finest! Take iron supplements. If you are taking them already check the quality(for me some iron supplements don’t help at all, while others work immediately, like next day i am perfect). Also keep hidrated especially if you breastfeed
