How do you dress baby at night?

@jamessomasette It’s so dependant on your baby, unfortunately it just takes time to know their temperature. I tend to air on the cooler side and then have a light sleep sack nearby in case he is chilly. I usually know because he wakes a lot more often if he’s too warm or cold. I feel the back of his neck and his chest to check his body temperature usually before I fall asleep. The key I find for telling is if he’s not cold to the touch and not radiating body heat he’s typically a good temperature.

The guides I’ve seen are way too warm for my baby he was always warm when I went by them so I don’t follow them at all anymore, I just go with my gut.
