Our whole house has been hit with covid including my cosleeping 9 month old. Today is his first day with noticeable symptoms. At 1:00pm his temp was 38.6°c and he was miserable so we gave some tylenol and it went down to 36.4°c. It's now 4:30pm and his temp went back up to 37.4°c.
Typically I dress him just in footie pyjamas and our house is 20-22°c and I find with my body heat he gets quite toasty, but not sweating or uncomfortable.
I'm worried about him overheating tonight and making his fever worse. But I don't want him to be too cold either. The benefit to cosleeping is I can monitor him all night and adjust as needed, but just as a baseline should I be dressing him lighter than normal? Thanks everyone!
