Cows Milk Intolerance?

10 week old baby boy has been exclusively feeding on breastmilk, expressed and fed through bottle so I could help mum feed him. He was a colicky and fussy baby but much improved at approximately 8.5 weeks.

To prepare for my wife going back to work in 2 months time, we added in formula (A2 Platinum in Australia) - 50mL yesterday and 50mL today mixed in with his usual breastmilk.

Since yesterday evening and all of today, he has been much fussier than usual, crying and colicky in general. His poo has been greenish and watery/runny (similar to before as he got his rotavirus vaccine 1.5 weeks ago and has since been like this) but up to 7 times today which is more than usual (2-3 times). 1 of the poos might have a small tiny amount of blood streak in it.

He has very mild rash since yesterday but we went out for a stroller walk, and it was a hot day so we dont know if this is a heat rash or not.

We have a paediatrician appointment in 2 weeks time. Just wondering if this could be intolerance? CMPA?
Any advise on how long we should persist with trying 50mL of this formula daily or switching to a hypoallergenic one?
