can plan B mess up your second period after u take it?

so i took plan b after having sex for the first time because i was nervous that i was pregnant just like that. My period ended up coming a week early because of the plan b and now i am waiting for my second period and it hasn’t happened yet. I was just wondering can plan b affect your second period as well?

@vyly1723 Mines came a week early too! And now I’m having bleeding again 2 weeks later, the pill is no joke, I took one at the beginning of the year and didn’t have any side affects what’s so ever but it hasn’t even been a full month and I’m already having a period. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative to plan b fucked me up
